Receptionist - $20/hr | Temp-to-Hire | Sacramento, CA

Ultimate Staffing is hiring a Receptionist to support one of our clients in Sacramento. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a front office setting and providing excellent customer service.

Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time

Job Duties:

  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls

  • Direct calls and messages to the appropriate person or department

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Keep the front office area organized and professional

  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Professional and reliable
